Let me just start out by saying,”wow!”. I called up Extra Care after my 2 dogs peed on my carpet and stunk up the whole house, and needed an emergency cleaning ASAP. I talked to Josh, and the next day he came out, gave me an estimate and cleaned my whole house in under an hour and half! I am extremely pleased with the results, andthe house looks amazing again. Josh even went the extra mile and cleaned the grout in my bathroom free of charge. Extra Care was speedy, professional, and did the best job anyone has ever done on my carpets. They are definitely getting a call back from me and I am recommending all my family and friends to them!

I called this company to get an estimate to clean the carpet and tile in our home. Josh arrived exactly at the time he stated. After a through discussion of what services were needed and the process, I knew this company was the right choice. On the day of the carpet and tile cleaning, he arrived exactly at the time he stated. He was well prepared and explained each step of the cleaning process. He used environmentally safe products on the carpet and tile. There was no odor from the products. The end result was amazing. The carpet and tile looked fresh, clean ,and restored. We were pleased with this company and will call them again when we need our floors maintained.
I called for tile cleaning and it was the best phone call of its kind that I’ve ever made! I was blown away by the level of professionalism and service that I received and my tile was gorgeous again! I had tried to clean my carpet in the past and even hired another company with no success. I thought my carpet was ruined but when Extra Care saw it, they explained that they could definitely make it beautiful again. The service was thorough and professional. The pricing was fair. Sealing the grout is definitely the way to go. My home is 90% tile and now it looks new and shiny plus he got out the pet smells from the previous owners animals. I would use this company again without reservation.

Josh was so very friendly. I would recommend him. I have tile that has not been cleaned in 21 years. What a difference. He took care with our wood floors and cleaning up residual water. He also went over trouble spots by hand. It’s not like new but after 21 years of dirt and grime it looks pretty good. I was going to use one of those national companies but I know they will do their best to up sell me on other things. I did not want to deal with that. Josh did not up sell. He did exactly what I wanted done. I suggest giving your local owned and operated folks a call like Josh.

Joshua did a fantastic job cleaning all of our tile and grout. There was great communication throughout. He arrived on time, measured, and got right to work. He managed to get 20 years of grime off, making the floors look almost new.

We are so pleased with the results from the grout clean provided by Joshua. We were frustrated with years of build up floor tile grout discoloration. We have tried several other counter grout cleaners and experimented with many online cleaning suggestions, to no avail.
With a simple application of a certain cleaning agent and his high pressure âmagic wandâ he was able to restore our floor grout to itâs clean, bright and original looking condition.

Josh called ahead and arrived right on time. He was courteous and professional. He did a walk through and measurement, and we agreed on the square footage to be cleaned. Well, all I can say is âWOWâ. My tile floors had never been professionally cleaned in 17 years. The grout in the high traffic areas such as the kitchen were super dark. Josh was able to make all my tile and grout extremely clean. It was nothing less than a miracle. If I had only known that my floors could look this good for an extremely fair price I would have done it years ago. This will become a once a year ritual from here on out. Thanks Josh!

If you’re on the fence about who to use you need to jump over to Extra Care. Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and above all, deliver what they say they can. We were going to replace our carpets however as a last ditch effort we thought we should try to clean them first.
